Now is an exciting time for real estate in Colorado Springs and especially in the Fountain Valley area.  Wayne King, your local Real Estate professional, recognizes the increase in property activity as the local economy continues to improve.  Whether buying, selling or renting, I have helped customers with their real estate needs across Colorado Springs and it's surrounding areas since 2002. I am a Broker Associate at CENTURY 21 Curbow Realty and a member of The Pikes Peak Board of Realtors.  I enjoy helping people navigate the complicated and sometimes stressful process of finding their own home.  When my customer's homeownership dreams become a reality, the smile on their faces are a true measure of success!   I have been a resident of Colorado Springs since 1975, residing in the Fountain Valley beginning in 1995 with his wife, Diane.  We have five adult children and several grandchildren.  I am involved in the community and a very active member of the Security Lions Club currently serving as Treasurer.  I am an enthusiastic Bronco fan & enjoy camping, rafting, skiing and the many recreational activities Colorado and the Pikes Peak region provide.  Although Wayne's calendar is teeming, he is never to busy for your referrals!
